New Meeting — Spirituality in Everyday Life

These meetings will resume in late August or early September.

How do you bring spirituality into your daily life — daily meditation, yoga, qigong, taiji, aware breathing? Do you have close friendships that support your spiritual search? What does it mean to be a "spiritual person"? Do you feel a distinction between 'spiritual' and 'not spiritual'? So, what are we doing when we're not being "spiritual"?

During this six-week series, we'd like to discuss this and many other questions in a formal meditation and dialogue setting. Depending on interest, these meetings may continue at the end of the series.

Informal meditation begins at 6:30 and formal sitting from 7:00 to 7:30 pm. Please plan to arrive no later than 7:00. A question and answer period will follow meditation.

Suggested donation is $5o for the entire series — $10 for separate meetings. Please be sure to let us know if you would like to attend but are having financial difficulties.
